Value for money
Budgets are planned on the basis of an estimate of the required time to
complete your project and the number of people involved. Depending on
your requirements, there are various options available that can also be
combined:
Retainer: A monthly or quarterly fee for an agreed scope of activities.
Project fee: A flat fee for a clearly defined activity within a pre-determined timescale.
Hourly fee: Fees based on the time spent on your communication projects. The current rate is 85-150 USD/EUR per hour, depending on the level of expertise required.
Special discounts are available for non-profit organisations. Costs will
also depend on the length of time you are likely to retain the communications
services.
Expenses: Third-party activities contracted on your behalf will be subject
to a small service charge for handling this activity and for assuming
responsibility for the supply and payment of that material or service.
Costs for travelling, hotel, taxi, etc. will be billed to you on a monthly
basis. All expenses mentioned as well as in-house charges (office costs)
such as photocopying, fax, telephone, post, etc. will be included in the
budget proposal.
A general credentials presentation is always free of charge. However,
there is a fee if you ask for the submission of creative proposals. This
fee is only payable if a contract is not awarded. All invoices are subject
to VAT at prevailing rates.
Robert Schäfer can put together a national or
international team, if required. However, as opposed to many communications
agencies, there is no overhead involved thanks to the lean Team-on-Demand
structure. The combination of cost-effectiveness and reliability with
the ability to design and implement tailor-made communications programmes
may be the one that gives you the best value for your money.
